It must be January. I've re-joined WW online. Weighed myself. Felt the shock and horror at the number. Felt the bitterness towards all the people I know who have successfully lost weight and are pretty much keeping it off. Read myself the riot act in several of the different voices that live inside my head. Arg.

This time the motivation is that I need to get healthier so I can keep a baby. I am pretty much convinced that I do not ovulate regularly because I am gigantic. Possibly and probably my weight have a lot to do with the miscarriage as well. Not sure I can blame it on the ectopic pregnancy, but hell, why not! So I really want to get at least back to where I was when I was doing this successfully a couple of years ago. I felt good then, and positive. And I WANT A BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a couple of good days in a row, and lots of good support. Let's see how this goes...

Not as much as I'd hoped to lose my first week out of the gate. But then I remembered that my Thursday WI day had been a day of out for lunch and dinner, and then Friday really didn't go as perfectly OP as I'd hoped, so I really didn't start seriously until Saturday, so I can't be too disappointed.

I'd take a pound a week as long as it's always a loss!

Just made the best, most yummiest lunch!

1 whole wheat Wrap (3pts)
2oz cheddar cheese, grated (6pts)
Taco Sauce (salsa)

I sprayed a non stick pan with Becel spray (new...it's in the fridge section with the butter...0pts), put the wrap in the pan, sprinkled it with the cheese and the salsa, folded it and grilled it for a few minutes on both sides until it was all brown and crisp and melty. YUM! And only 9 points! Woohoo!

Lots of points left for my yummy pot roast that is in the slow cooker right now.

And by the way, Oatmeal for breakfast is very underrated! Especially that McCann's Irish Oatmeal. That stuff is UNBELIEVABLE!! 2 points for a serving, which I don't even bother putting anything more than a tbsp of brown sugar on, and it fills me up until lunch totally! Good deal!

I guess I could WI today, but since I officially started last Thurs, I might wait until then, so it's officially one week, although I'm going to my meeting tonight...WITH A GAS MASK! I don't know how I'm going to sit though 40 minutes of fish smell. Ugh.

Still OP. And last night I went shopping with getting skinnier in mind. I bought 2 sweaters...one in my size, and one in 2 sizes down. I'm all about the orange this season! And with my hair so dark, I can totally pull it off! I also bought 2 really awesome cleavage bras! Very nice!

And I have a plan. I sat down yesterday with all my WW books and planned what I'm going to eat today. I'm going to try to come home for lunch as much as I can, a( because I hate bringing my lunch, and b) because it lets me have more choice of what I'm going to eat.

Now I have to go clean dog barf.

Yesterday went really well. I even went to a kids b-day party and only had a small handful of chips, one bite of a hotdog (or a "hop dog" as Brian calls them), and a tiny slive of b-day cake and a tiny scoop of ice cream. All very much OP. Also, I swam, so that was a plus.

Today, I've had a bowl of Oat Bran, and now I'm going to Fortinos to try to stock my kitchen with some foods that will let me be a little more OP all week when I'm working.

Planning this week will be key.

I have a headache. I think it's my body adjusting to not eating junk every hour of every day. I just had a very healthy breakfast of a cup of Raisin Bran and half a cup of milk. Now I'm drinking water. And yes, I'm journalling. Because that worked. I know these first few days are the hardest, but I'm watching a lot of Buffy, which, for whatever reason, motivates me. So I'll just keep the Buffy on, and the healthy choices coming.

And I'm going to start aquafit this week too. Fun!
